Peach Ice Cream

Source: RCW ice cream maker cookbook, adjusted by Marion Honerkamp.


6 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
3/4 pint whipping cream
3 cans condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
2 1/2 quarts milk
Masked or pureed peaches


  1. Combine eggs, cream, sugar, and vanilla in bowl and mix thoroughly with mixer.
  2. Pour into ice cream maker, add condensed milk and fruit and stir well.
  3. Add milk to fill line of the ice cream maker and stir.
