Peach Ice Cream

Source: RCW ice cream maker cookbook, adjusted by Marion Honerkamp.
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
- 3/4 pint whipping cream
- 3 cans condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
- 2 1/2 quarts milk
- Masked or pureed peaches
- Combine eggs, cream, sugar, and vanilla in bowl and mix thoroughly with mixer.
- Pour into ice cream maker, add condensed milk and fruit and stir well.
- Add milk to fill line of the ice cream maker and stir.
